Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the development of our trading platform. As a UI/UX Designer at Prop Firm Match, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience and drive engagement on our platform. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
   • Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
2. UI/UX Design:
   • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
   • Develop user flows and journey maps to streamline the user experience and improve usability.
   • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile platforms, adhering to best practices and design principles.

3. Usability Testing:
   • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
   • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, continuously striving to enhance the user experience.
4. Design System Development:
   • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
   • Document design guidelines and standards to facilitate collaboration and ensure adherence to brand identity.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
   • Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Ideally Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
