Blueprint is a venture-backed, mission-driven digital health company leveraging the best of AI, consumer design, technology and clinical research to dramatically improve the quality of mental health therapy for millions.

Mental Health in the U.S. in 2024 is facing a triple crisis. 1) Depression, anxiety and other complex conditions continue to rise rapidly in the U.S. population (as does suicide), while 2) Therapists are forced to do more with less, leading to burnout and lower quality care, and 3) today’s standard of care is only effective 15% of the time, meaning 85% of people who do seek help do not get what they need to manage symptoms or begin the road to recovery.

To solve these crises, we have built the world’s first ‘Therapist Enablement Platform’. Over 10,000 clinicians today use Blueprint to leverage AI documentation automation, measurement-informed care assessments, automated workflows and hundreds of digital worksheets and other resources to save admin time, deliver high-quality therapy, and engage clients between sessions. Taken together, Blueprint’s therapist enablement platform drives dramatically better clinical outcomes, resulting in 5-10X ROI for large therapeutic practices.

What we’re looking for:

Blueprint is growing fast, and with our recent success in executing a bottom-up, product-led growth strategy, we are seeking a highly-capable product + visual designer to strategically and tactically execute on both growth marketing design and UX/UI design initiatives. If you enjoy a fast-paced, metrics-focused, high-design bar environment where your work directly translates into transforming the lives of those facing mental health crises, then this role is your perfect fit!

Examples of specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Design a UX/UI flow for an AI-focused ‘recommendation engine’ for therapist next actions.
  • Generate funny, attention-grabbing social ads leveraging famous historical figures & clever quotes.
  • Design beautiful, minimalistic one-pager and three-pager designs that reflect a design-centric brand.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to rethink the current brand and establish an updated brand guide.
  • Take rough ideas and turn them into beautiful, compelling website pages.
  • Iterate on existing product features and create new digital experiences that thousands of mental health professionals use daily.
  • Leverage Midjourney, Dall-E, Sora and other third-party tools and LLM’s to generate organic social video.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional design experience: Demonstrated expertise in visual, UX/UI, and brand design, preferably in a B2C and/or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Eye for great design, attention to detail, and genuine love for the craft.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects: Evidence of successful design projects, including web/mobile interfaces, brand campaigns, and social media content, highlighting a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience.

Additional Valued Experience:
