Role Overview:

As our UI/UX Designer, you will lead the charge in refining our user interface, ensuring our tools are both intuitive and enjoyable to use. Your commitment to design excellence will turn every interaction with our platform into a positive experience, fostering lifelong customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototyping: Design beautiful ui components, high-fidelity screens and interactive user flows that clearly communicate design concepts and feature updates.
• Visual & Interaction Design: Adhere to and evolve our design guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and interface styling to create new features and components. Maintain attention to detail and ensure consistency across all design elements of the platform.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our Head of Product and Engineering team to understand project challenges and drive product design from concept to implementation. Use clear and effective communication regarding design decisions and updates in team standup meetings.
• Workflows: Enhance design implementation efficiency by promoting streamlined workflows with the Engineering team. You’ll also be expected to offer constructive feedback and challenge existing ideas to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
• Feedback & Iteration: Integrate feedback from user testing, demo sessions and stakeholder reviews into design improvements. Be adaptive and responsive to user needs based on feedback.
• Practicing Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design processes and outputs.

 

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and beautiful project work.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced level use in Figma is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• A strong advocate for user and customer needs.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
