System Analyst

Description of the offer

System analyst is responsible for providing maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes to existing system functioning, as well as designing, developing, and deploying all levels of applications and services.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze the overall business environment, division, group, or line of business’s business requirements, objectives, and needs
• Use systems and data to address business problems in the most efficient and productive way possible
• Identify and recommend best practices, as well as provide recommendations
• Assist with system design and testing, and create technical specifications documents using requirement documents and solution design
• Perform professional and competent code reviews on developer-written code
• Identify and record code flaws, and keep code review logs
• Collaborate with a team of product owners, designers, and other engineers to create world-class experiences for our consumers
• Adherence to coding standards and development guidelines
• Support and administer all aspects of responsible environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least of 5 years’ experience in application development in banking, with a few years in leading application development projects
• Expertise & knowledge of Banking products and banking services
• Desirable if use Jira
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Good communication skills both in written and verbal
