Our fast-growing tech company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us continue our expansion within the SMB Restaurant space.

This position is 100% remote, Fulltime

Salary range: $60K – $80K

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify and target potential restaurant customers using a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Engage prospects effectively to generate qualified leads.
  • Work inbound leads from initial contact to closed deal, perfecting email templates and campaigns in the process.
  • Utilize CRM (preferably HubSpot) meticulously, capturing all relevant details and constantly seeking process improvements.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand unique business challenges in the restaurant industry and demonstrate how our products can provide solutions for digital ordering.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback gathered from your interactions with prospects.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and other teams, ensuring a smooth handover of leads and crucial information.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of restaurant operations and/or restaurant tech systems, such as POS, is a plus. Preference for candidates with hands-on restaurant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superb listening skills and the ability to empathize with potential customers.
  • Fearless attitude and a never-give-up mentality, even in the face of rejection or challenges.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to embrace new technologies and software tools.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
