If you live and breathe marketing, we’d love to talk with you. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for growing inbound sales leads and driving our employer branding.
As the Marketing Manager your responsibilities include defining an integrated marketing plan to reach our target audience, defining our content roadmap, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, organizing and promoting in-person events, managing the marketing budget, measuring the impact of our marketing initiates and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns and content.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels and drive a measurable increase in new business leads.

What you will do
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our busIness
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, trade shows, publicity, social media and lead generation campaigns
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Oversee marketing campaigns for both core services and employer branding / recruitment
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals
- Identify target accounts and individuals and define tactics to increase awareness and interest in our services
- Analyze target audience needs and tailor content and campaigns accordingly
- Work closely with our Business Development team to arm them with insights and content to better engage prospective customers throughout the sales funnel
What you will need
- Demonstrable experience in marketing and communications together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communications
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Who you are
- Bachelor degree in marketing or any related field
- 5+ years experience in marketing campaigns for services
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment a plus
- Fluent in both Thai & English languages
