Bergsen Metals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to oversee our customer service operations. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated customer service representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to achieve service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Call Center Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing a high-performing customer service team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
