Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Designer with expertise in UI/UX design, conversion rate optimization, and modern design trends. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and possess a robust portfolio showcasing their design skills and past projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
• Utilize UI/UX best practices to optimize website conversions and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and devices.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design software.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating past design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with website development tools such as WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
• General understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Location: Remote (Preferably Philippines)
