Position Overview

The Web Specialist’s role will support the creation, design, editing, proofing, testing and site maintenance of our client’s global websites. This role will work directly with the global marketing team including project managers, copywriters, web designers and developers to roll out marketing campaigns while supporting the everyday maintenance across global websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and updating websites based on change requests and maintenance needs.
• Monitor websites for quality control.
• Assist with monthly reporting.
• Communicate with team members about task or project statuses.
• Collaborate with team members to define task or project scope.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Stay up to date with web trends and industry best practices.

What You Bring To Ciberspring

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, computer programming, or related field
• Experience with web content management systems, preferably with Shopify.
• Experience working with e-commerce product catalogs.
• Graphic design knowledge and experience
• Basic Knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS.
• Savvy with Microsoft Office products.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• Strong commitment to honesty/ethics, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Are committed to learning and understanding best practices.
• Are organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Interpersonal skills to function effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility, service-minded, hands-on approach
