This is a founding team level opportunity with a startup company for an amazing person to join the team and work a few hours a week. Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to design, enhance, and maintain our company website, ensuring an exceptional user experience and a visually appealing presentation.
• Create captivating graphics, infographics, multimedia content, and marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Develop and uphold a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring a uniform visual style across all digital and print assets.
• Conceptualize and design engaging website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Optimize web graphics and assets for optimal speed, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our online presence.
• Translate complex concepts and data into visually compelling and understandable elements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative projects.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting project timelines and delivering high-quality results.
• Take ownership of design projects from initial concept to final execution.

Requirements:

• Must be physically located in the US
• Native or bilingual in English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in web design, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design and graphic design work.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a finely tuned sense of aesthetics.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Capacity to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing tools is considered an advantage.
