Paid gig, paid by the job, “Work For Higher” Paid on 1099.

No 1099 = No Job.

Prices Negotiable — Payment Structure is Fixed.

We need to migrate to Bluehost. Must be familiar with Website Back End.

Payment structure

• Deposit 20% up-font
• 10% each time a page is completed (4 total pages)
• 60% paid when all pages completed this means — 20% deposit + 40% per page = 60%
• When the site launches, 40% “Close-Out.”
• If the site does not launch, you do not get “Close-Out.”
• Unfinished Pages = No Pay.

We are looking for a web designer who is familiar with WordPress, HTML, CSS and other related languages to rebuild our website.

• API links to social media + social media buttons
• Live updates installed to all plug-ins
• Window for playing live stream
• Streaming optimization (Prism Studio)

Page 2

• WooCommerce Optimization — including an attractive store-front, shipping calculator (USPS app) + tax jar optimization (or equivalent optimization)

Page 3

• Updated scrolling main page
• Custom Banner Menu
• Custom Banner Graphics with simple animation

Page 4

• Bio Page with clean mouse over animation for team members

Who Am I + Job Description + Your General Responsibilities

I am Keenan Fry, I am the graphic designer for the company I also built the original page. I have some clear ideas of what the page needs and where our brand is going. I need someone who will execute our ideas.

You will work with me over zoom. Later you will work with other LFG team members to demo features of the site.

What after the basic template for the new site is made, we need to then add-on to it. This is where your creativity comes into play. Once the basic pages have been put together, there is room for other add-ons and if you have ideas, we welcome them—after—the main requirements are met. If you bring something new to the table besides the pages 1-4 , you are eligible for additional pay.

We can deal with set-backs/delays/complications, we cannot and will not accept poor communication.
