We are looking for a skilled web designer to join our team and create and design a stunning e-commerce website.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to put your skills to the test and make a real impact on our company’s online presence. You’ll work closely with our development and marketing teams to design and develop websites that are visually stunning, easy to navigate, and optimized for search engines. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new design trends and technologies, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brand.

In this role, you will:

• Create visually appealing web designs that promote our brand, products, and services.

• Maintain and design/modify an existing website according to changes and updates.

• Build and manage user-friendly navigation and interface control.

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to simulate user experience and customer interactions.

• Create landing page designs and mobile adaptives, as well as digital e-commerce platforms based on customer needs, business requirements, and UX/UI best practices.

• Develop and implement creative ideas to drive customer traffic and enhance customer loyalty.

• Track and analyze website performance metrics to inform and optimize design decisions.

• This role requires a creative individual with a sound understanding of how web design impacts e-commerce business goals and strategies

We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio of web design work and a proven track record of creating engaging, responsive websites. Even better if you have experience with front-end development, SEO, and marketing! But most importantly, we’re looking for someone passionate, driven, and eager to take on new challenges.

• 2+ years of in-house working experience as a Web Designer.

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, websites, good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.

• Great Figma/illustrator/Photoshop program skills is a must;

• Excellent understanding of the formal principles of design: typography, layout, balance, color and proportions;

• Web Design skills, including making icons and simple illustrations (work with bezier curves), digital retouching and image editing.

• Effective communication skills, ability to explain decisions, trade-offs and confident presentation of work;

• Proficiency in responsive design and contemporary design trends;

• Experience designing e-commerce websites and HRML, CSS, JavaScript skills would be considered an advantage.

Salary: 1800-3000 EUR after taxes, + Bonus
