The post

Join the Lucca studio!

The studio is one of the 5 fantastic Lucca Marketing teams. By joining the Lucca studio, you will work with a human-sized team made up of our AD, brand designers, a motion designer, a web designer and an integrator.

Our marketing mantras are:

– Born to be bold  (born to be fat: because we love to eat)

We love to reinvent ourselves, look for new approaches and evolve our graphic charter.

– Always think out of the box  : because at least there is light) We don’t want to do like everyone else, we prefer to combine the best of what we have do.

– Make it Simple  (make it simple: because we’re not always brilliant).

We don’t necessarily expect minimalism, but rather the most effective solution.

In our team you will find:

– a devouring passion for French song and false notes

– lively discussions around cinema

– an obsession with animals (They get stuck in our zooms)

– listening, collaboration and kindness

– flawless creativity (drawing, painting, pottery, singing, embroidery, everything that puts glue on our fingers and glitter in our lives)

Your mission, if you accept it…

Integrated into the marketing team, you will be responsible for the UX and the strategic vision of our web supports… and all this while maintaining the visual coherence of the brand as a small champion!

You will be responsible for the UX of Lucca sites and the overall vision of the web at Lucca . You will be able to provide technical solutions to marketing issues (hard coding vs CMS), you will analyze A/B test results and you will think about site conversion paths.

As a team leader, you will have to supervise, challenge, support and improve the skills of our web designer as well as our integrator. You will have to manage the production schedule, take briefs and allocate the division’s resources to meet the priorities of internal customers.

In more detail, your missions will consist of:

– You will be responsible for thinking about user journeys and conversion journeys on all Lucca sites (FR, ES, EN, CH), magazines, blogs, mini-site and other landing pages.

– When receiving a brief, your role will be to understand the problems and challenges linked to this project, to be able, through a complete understanding of the sites and the overall strategy, to provide an appropriate response or even challenge the request if it does not correspond to the overall web strategy.

– Your managerial support will consist of discussing with experienced profiles in design and integration. You must be able to understand their jobs , but also to challenge their proposals . You will also need to provide them with a vision and inspiration.

– You will be in charge of developing the sites following the results of A/B testing, user feedback or even simply because you consider the current UX or UI to be outdated in collaboration with the artistic direction.

– You must provide a vision on the management of international sites and be able to find the best technical solution to offer to leave the teams, Spanish or Swiss for example, autonomous in the management of their content while protecting the graphic charter, the UX and UI.
