Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Design and create visually appealing and intuitive website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Apply best practices in user experience design to ensure seamless navigation and interaction
• Optimize website designs for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Incorporate branding elements and maintain consistency throughout the website
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to continuously enhance our web presence
• Collaborate with developers to implement and test the designs for optimal functionality
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
• Excellent visual and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to balance creativity with usability and functionality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
