Description of the offer

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join the team at a leading health technology company. They are working in the areas of heat stress, hydration management, and fluid imbalance, and are passionate about using technology to improve people’s lives.

They are committed to deploying our technology across various populations, including data hungry athletes, underserved populations suffering from environmental warming, and women at risk of postpartum hemorrhage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fundraising and marketing outreach, including developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and creating and distributing content
• Manage CRM system and keep track of all leads and contacts
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong CRM experience
• Outbound marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry
• Experience with social media marketing
• Experience with email marketing
• Experience with video editing or graphic design
