What we are looking for
We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to help our clients run and grow their businesses.
Although your duties may vary based on the needs of each individual client, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, such as but not limited to:

• Provide administrative assistance on projects as needed
• Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Manage calendars
• Research information as needed
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports and documents for internal use
• Respond to inquiries from clients

Qualifications
• Previous work experience with administrative tasks
• Expertise with MS Office.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or C2)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proper remote-working environment at home
• Reliable personal computer with minimum 10 Mbps internet speed.
