Virtual Assistant – Remote Job in Philippines

Description of the offer

We serve customers and their communities by compacting waste in open-top dumpsters. Our proprietary service reduces commercial waste volume, saves businesses money, and cuts harmful greenhouse gas emissions.

Duties / Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for five areas on a daily basis.

  1. Daily Customer Reporting
    1. Create custom reports for each customer based on daily service
    2. This will require looking at service photos and entering information into a report template
  2. Accounts Receivable
    1. Checking bank accounts and keeping track of customer payments
    2. Sending reminder invoices to customers whose invoices are due/overdue
  3. Scheduling and Invoicing
    1. Schedule and invoice customers as needed (daily)
    2. Send invoices to regular customers twice per month (1st and last day of the month)
  4. Employee Hour Tracking
    1. Track employee time and record hours in the report
  5. Miscellaneous personal tasks (booking travel, appointments, etc.)
    1. Help me with personal tasks as needed.


1. Soft Skills

    • Proactive and willing to ask questions when unsure about something.
    • Very high attention to detail.
    • Able to stay organized and follow instructions exactly.
    • Fast learner.
    • Strong communication skills.

2. Experience

    • Experience as an Executive Assistant (required)
    • Experience with Accounts Receivable (preferred)

3. Technology Experience

    • Gmail (required)
    • Google Sheets (required)
    • Notion (preferred)

4. Able to work Pacific Coast working hours (7 am to 4 pm PST)
5. Needs to be full-time (only working this job and no others)
6. Must be reachable at all hours of the working day
