Description of the offer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s sales/customer service team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to their clients.

What We Offer

  • Work from home;
  • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
  • Starting with 3,75$ hourly, which will be increased as you do a good job and commit;
  • A workplace that values its people;
  • Referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they’re hired by one of our clients;
  • Training videos for daily tasks (you’ll be compensated for the hours you spend watching them);

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing;
  • Actively promote and sell our products and services to potential customers;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services via phone, email, and other communication channels;
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services and to address any concerns or issues;
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded;
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences;
  • Use CRM to compile information for customers, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data;
  • Cold calling.

Qualifications

  • At least 2y of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales/customer service tools;
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take on new challenges.
