Description of the offer

We are looking for an illustrator to create engaging graphics according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a Lead Designer to produce high-quality work. We have clients from a range of industries, so you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of engaging projects and art styles.

This position requires the ability to think strategically and asses the context of the project. Understanding the customer’s goals and needs will lead to an impactful illustration that speaks to the end user.

Freelance / Part Time: This is a freelance position that allows for remote work. The number of hours is dependent on the candidate’s range of skills, turn-around time, and number of projects.

 

Responsibilities

·       Understand project requirements and create a drawing that expresses an idea or concept.

·       Use various techniques to produce requested art style.

·       Collaborate with team members and pitch creative ideas.

·       Keep files organized with named layers for smooth hand-off.

·       Use AtEase (our project management software) to communicate with team members.

·       Maintain keen eye for details.

 

Requirements

·       Experience with Adobe Illustrator; ALL illustrations must be done in a vector format.

·       Must have a strong understanding and application of design principles and strategy.

·       Reliably respond to requests and complete jobs within the proposed timeframe; specify ahead if additional time is needed.

·       Fluent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Pay is dependent on the following factors:

•    Availability
