What about the team?

As a UX/UI Lead you get to be a part of a dynamic and warm team of international direct colleagues. They understand the challenges that come with the job, and they are there to cheer you on when needed. Besides that, your colleagues all have a different background and diverse reference frameworks. This allows you to learn a lot on the job, both in terms of hard and soft skills. Depending on your evolution, expectations and what energizes you, a career path can be developed to measure.

Could this be you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer in product organizations.
  • You have university grade education (Bachelor or Master) preferably in Design.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You are experienced with setting up an UX/UI strategy from scratch, design thinking and tools like validation patterns, Figma etc.

  • You’re willing to learn, as you will carry out a diverse range of tasks for multiple regions. By linking different pieces of information together, you’re easily able to get an idea of the bigger picture and to put things into perspective.
  • You’re not afraid to speak up in case you have questions. You have a sense of responsibility and ownership, so that you know when to escalate (potential) issues, when to treat information in a confidential way.

How do we make this a win-win?

  • You get to be a part of a quick, innovative, dynamic and warm team of colleagues with different backgrounds and reference frameworks.
  • Your colleagues understand your challenges,  will help you along the way and appreciate your hard work.
  • You really get the chance to make a difference and to grow together with your colleagues. Such as, for example, our own Spacewell Academy and following LinkedIn Trainings.
  • Next to the flexible work hours and remote working possibilities, you will get a salary and fringe benefits in line with your experience.

What would next steps look like?

  1. You reach out to our recruitment team to send in your CV or to ask some further questions.
  2. You will be invited for a digital cup of coffee.
  3. Depending on locations and schedules, you will meet up with your future colleagues at our offices or virtually.
