We are a growing startup in San Francisco that is currently seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly collaborative HCI UX Product Manager to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between our engineering, design, and business teams, steering the direction of our product user experience from conception through execution.

Responsibilities
1. Lead product strategy and direction, conceptualizing, defining, and delivering exceptional UX for our digital products. 2. Apply HCI principles to define product roadmaps and decision-making. 3. Collaborate with the Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to build engaging and intuitive user experiences. 4. Analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance product performance and design. 5. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to align on vision, product strategy, and prioritize features based on business needs. 6. Develop and manage project plans, create product roadmaps, and set milestones. 7. Oversee the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. 8. Define, understand, and improve key functional and usage metrics to inform decision-making and measure success. 9. Participate in usability testing and user research, turning your insights into actionable product requirements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in HCI, UX Design, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. 5-7 years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally with a strong focus on UX. 3. Strong understanding of HCI principles and experience applying them in real-world settings. 4. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships. 5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 6. Experience with user testing and usability analysis. 7. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. 8. Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions. 9. Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
