We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer for our client to help shape and craft a product that’s simple and intuitive. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.

Our client is the only low-code messaging platform that provides a full ecosystem for streaming use cases over a cloud-native message
broker that supports modern streaming pipelines and use-cases by removing frictions of management, cost, resources, language
barriers, and time for data-oriented developers and data engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all design related activities in your domains of expertise (Design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations, etc.)
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Create user journeys and product flows.
• Define users’ needs, motivation and pain points
• Focus on user experience using A/B tests and live results
• Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel

  Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in UI/UX creative design
• Proven experience in designing a complex system/platform
• Positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what’s best for the team
• Excellent knowledge in design and prototyping software (Figma preferred)
• Strong visual design skills and expertise in creating flows, page layouts/templates, functional design, iconography, and style guides
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Understanding web technologies (no codding required)
• High level of written and spoken English
