Requirements

  • 3+ years travel industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of travel technology systems (BookingBuilder Genie, Magnatech Ontrack, GDS Scriptwriting, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Worldspan, Sabre)
  • Bachelor’s degree or a related experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role
  • Experience with mid-office automation and quality control systems
  • Familiarity with various booking platforms (Travelport Cruise & Tour, SAP Concur, etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to remain organized
