Job Title : Ticket Buyer

Pay Range : $1000-$1,200 per month

Work Hours : FullTime | 40 hours per week | Shifting Schedules (Day, Mid and Night Shift)

As a Ticket Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s ticketing strategy for various marketing and advertising events, ensuring seamless and on-time delivery of tickets to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ticketing strategy to meet the needs of clients and their events.
• Manage the ticketing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tickets to clients and partners.
• Liaise with event organizers to secure the best rates and ensure the smooth delivery of tickets.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of ticket sales and transactions to support finance and reporting functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, helping them navigate any ticketing-related issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote events and maximize ticket sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners to ensure all ticketing needs are met, and expectations are exceeded.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing software (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster).
• Experience in ticketing, event management, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in providing customer service
• High computer literacy and competence to be able to receive the tasks given to purchase the correct tickets
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
