We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely (candidates must be based in the US). This full-time position reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team on top-tier talent acquisition projects spanning the entire tech recruiting spectrum.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring managers, assisting them in building and enhancing effective hiring processes.
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to our roles and industry by collaborating with recruitment partners, staying abreast of market trends, and analyzing competitive intelligence.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searching, LinkedIn, Github, and other social media platforms, to build pipelines and engage with passive talent in compelling ways.
  • Create and nurture a positive candidate experience through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Evaluate candidates for role suitability and cultural alignment in line with our company’s high standards for incoming talent.
  • Take ownership of candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating technical interviews.
  • Maintain data integrity to track, analyze, and share pipeline activity updates with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct kick-off meetings to guide hiring managers in prioritizing qualified candidate profiles and skill sets, while actively working to mitigate biases in the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and methods.
  • Participate in research projects related to recruitment as needed.


  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technology recruiting with a basic understanding of software engineering terminology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employing various talent acquisition strategies to maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively advise hiring managers on talent matters.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing insights to adjust talent acquisition strategies.

The Base Salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 USD annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate’s specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
