Summary:

EGERIE is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our growing team in the region. EGERIE is a leader in the cyber risk analysis and management arena in Europe and is looking to drive hyper-growth throughout the EMEA Team.

EGERIE offers a collaborative platform enabling a comprehensive, agile and structured approach to the governance, management and compliance of cyber risks and personal data protection.

EGERIE received funding from ACE Management, the European leader in cybersecurity investment capital, at the end of 2019.

We have just secured our second round of funding (32.6M) and we are accelerating our development in the EMEA region.

As such, we are expanding our Customer Solutions teams to support our growth and we are looking for a Cyber Senior SA to join the team and help structure and deliver our professional services offering in the region.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a motivated and experienced self-starter, you will educate clients about our vision and partner with internal teams (Sales, Presales, CSM), EGERIE prospects and clients to lead strategy and sales of professional services. You will provide a consultative approach to drive implementation and post go-live strategies on EGERIE’s platform.

You will fill a key role working to onboard, expand, and drive strategic outcomes with EGERIE customers. Your ability to work independently and keep commitments to tasks and assigned work packages on multiple concurrent projects is essential.

As we are structuring how we operate through EMEA, you will have the opportunity to participate in shaping our PS offerings for different markets and partnering when/where needed with our channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Drive functional and technical discovery in order to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) that meets customers’ requirements.
• Work closely with customer’s cybersecurity teams to deploy EGERIE Risk Manager and guide them in adopting the platform and clearly understand the product benefits and ROI.
• Conduct & coordinate engagement onsite and remotely depending on customers’ needs.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple customer engagements.

• Ability to manage projects to a timeline, based on the scope provided, and ensure deadlines are met and any delays escalated.
• Maintain product expertise on EGERIE’s platform and integrations.
• Partner with Sales & Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post sales and proper positioning of consulting services to EGERIE customers.
• Gather feedbacks from customers on the needed evolutions of the platform and work collaboratively with our product teams.
• Collaborate with our Partners to ensure we are delivering successful outcomes.

• Promote, educate and position Professional Services as a paid offering both internally and externally.
• Grow services revenue for new and existing clients.
• Elaborate and execute plans to increase Services offerings, promote exposure and identify key market opportunities and growth areas.

Requirements

8 years or more of working in consulting services, preferably in the SaaS software arena, working with large enterprise customers.

Strong cybersecurity background (ISO/CEI 27001 lead auditor, lead implementer, risk manager) and prior experience of working with the fields of Cyber security, GRC or risk mitigation and management.

Proficient in English and another european language (French, German, Italian preferably)

Strong project management skills with PMP, Prince2 certifications or equivalent.

Methodical and rigorous, you have proven analytical, writing and technical skills.

You are proactive, autonomous and self-sufficient.
