Position Purpose
Contracts are at the heart of every business relationship. SirionLabs is a leader in Contract Lifecycle Management and is leveraging AI and human-centred design to change how contracts are executed and managed to transform how businesses contract for success.
As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in deeply understanding our users and customers, how they work and use our SirionOne today, while also exploring how they may in the future. Your research contributions will directly impact product and design decisions and guide the design of our product and user experience.
Partnering with UX Designers and Product Managers, your research scope will span from early generative research and problem definition to post-launch validation and learning, using a variety of research methods. You may also be working alongside our machine learning AI Research Scientists and engineers to try to translate AI models to user-centric ones.
You will work to understand customer needs and behaviours by conducting user interviews and contextual field research; framing problems; synthesizing insights; validating and testing concepts or prototypes; analyzing quantitative data and learning how our users and customers are using our launched SirionLabs products in their work setting in new and unexpected ways.
Our UX Research practice is in its early stages – you will be the first researcher. As such, you will have the opportunity to lead shaping how we conduct research; how it gets shared; and how it influences product and design decision making. You will also have the opportunity to partner with our UX leaders to shape our Research Ops practice to scale the efficiency and impact of our research.
You will be conducting research with our user located in North America, Europe and Asia, and working with our UX, Product and Engineering teams located in Gurgaon, India; Toronto, Canada; and Nice, France.
