About the role:

We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join or lead our design practice and help conceptualize and design holistic product experiences from the ground up. You’ll work with a broad range of forward-thinking clients and craft best-in-class digital experiences that meet business goals. This is a critical role on our design team, responsible for pushing the user experience forward across all digital touchpoints and through every stage of the process.

Who you are:

• You’re someone with a high level of craft who loves prototyping and testing both UI and UX. You know all about design, the tools to make design and the tech your designs are built on, but you get that design is really about people.
• You’ve launched websites, apps, and branding projects from discovery through deployment and understand how to concept and design digital product experiences across a range of client categories.
• You are great at working with the rest of us, whether it’s designers, developers, producers, clients, the people who clean our office, or the ones bringing our lunch. You listen to our clients and work with them to magically create the very thing that somehow makes their wishes come true.
• You have opinions. And you can articulate them. (And you’re not afraid to tell our founders when they are saying something that doesn’t make any sense). You can lead conversations with both business stakeholders and users to understand what success should look like — and then design a solution that meets these requirements.
• You’re the punk who shows up on time. You’re organised. You make sure your project stays on budget. And you take deadlines very, very seriously.
• You love to play with motion and constantly inject alternative creative solutions to solve problems
