About the Candidate: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, and a passionate doer looking to have real impact from their efforts. You should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional visual components and highly usable platform designs even when crafting complex solutions.

Basic Requirements:

• Degree: We don’t care. We care about the quality of your work and the thoughtfulness of your efforts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
• Experience in working with customers, or customer research process with a focus on deliverables and results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for presenting design concepts and prototypes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: This position is based in San Francisco and requires hybrid in-person collaboration.
