FOMF’s mission is to provide certified and neutral educational content for physicians and medical professionals in German-speaking countries.

With over 200 courses and 3000 videos on our platform, FOMF is the largest medical video platform in the DACH region. We are looking for a talented Product Designer to help us improve and expand our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs based on customer feedback and requirements
• Develop user research and design processes to gather and analyze user data
• Work closely with the development team to create prototypes and designs that align with technical limitations
• Collaborate with product owners to create and maintain a product vision
• Conduct usability testing to validate and improve design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques
• Continuously enhance and optimize existing design components

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in end-to-end product design
• Robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user-centric product design across both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Proven experience in conducting user research, including defining user personas and conducting interviews.
• Strong ability to analyze research data and synthesize user feedback into design improvements.
• Familiarity with tools for usability testing and user behavior analysis.
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Good understanding of Software Engineering process and lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (German would be a plus)
• Passion for healthcare, education, and technology
