The Job Position

We are seeking a Senior German Content Editor to help us leverage new content opportunities for our product in Switzerland. This is a content-focused role that requires a creative mindset and a strong understanding of AI and what it can offer to both users and the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to craft text prompts that are accurate, relevant and easy to read, while leveraging the power of AI for diverse use cases. If you have a passion for creating effective and engaging copy through generative-AI content solutions, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Delivering high-quality short and long-form content in line with expectations outlined for the department
• Adhering to and developing your market’s style guide, compliance requirements, and content guidelines
• Creating templates, briefs, and other documentation for internal use to ensure consistent optimization and continuous improvement of overall quality of AI prompts and generated deliverables
• Conducting content audits, analyzing and establishing meaningful metrics, evaluating market performance, and reporting your findings to improve our product
• Developing, testing, and refining prompts for content generation
• Optimizing AI-generated content, preparing copy for publication, and implementing pages
• Collaborating with the SEO, Content, Design, Marketing, and other teams to execute and improve our strategy while safeguarding the brand’s vision and core values
• Contributing to the ongoing development of our product and staying up to date with the latest advancements and trends in AI, natural language processing, machine learning, and the iGaming industry

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Native German proficiency and professional proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI-generated content development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of basic SEO principles
• An ability to successfully plan, research, write, and edit SEO-optimized copy (and can demonstrate this), as well as an ability to effectively monitor copy performance and optimize accordingly — with and without AI
• An education or professional background in writing, content management, journalism, computer science with AI research, or related fields
• Considerable experience in a related field and are comfortable in a senior-level position
• Above all, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
