Job Description:

· This is a senior-level role that would be well-suited to a person with at least 5 years of experience

· The person will report to the product owner directly

· This is a role for individuals who love coding and want to dedicate time to solving complex technical challenges

· As a senior Full Stack Developer you will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide technical support

· You will closely work with the development team and you may require to guide the team and take a leading role when necessary

· In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of Experience with core PHP

· Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter

· Understanding of MVC design patterns

· 3 years of Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and either React or Vue.JS

· You are comfortable in a Linux development environment, and with backend technologies such as Redis and queue-driven workflows in a containerized cloud stack

· Experience with database architecture design

· Experience with content distribution, CDN, and content security techniques

· Debugging applications to ensure low latency and high-availability

· Implementing security and data protection

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

· Understanding accessibility and security compliance

· Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

· Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

· User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

· Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

· Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

· Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

· Experience in Python (Preferred but optional)

· Fluency in written and oral English is required for this position.

· Ability to communicate clearly and organize thoughts in writing is necessary

Your mission:

· Working with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software

· Designing innovative commercial software and writing high-quality code to bring them into production

· Implementing new features on existing software products by solving complex implementation problems and making the appropriate technical decision

· Fixing bugs to permanently eliminate defects that impair product functionality

· Making sure to meet the project deadlines

· Having worked at a startup or a small company with less than 50 people is strongly preferred.
