We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer with digital and print design expertise to join our creative team. The Senior Designer will report to our Creative Director and will be crucial in conceptualizing and executing design projects across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a discerning eye for typography, strong layout and design abilities, and a keen understanding of color theory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for collaborating effectively with our team members, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize and develop design concepts for digital and print materials, including websites, mobile apps, social media graphics, marketing collateral, brand identities, and more.
• Take a lead role in the creation and execution of visually stunning and impactful design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Demonstrate exceptional expertise in typography, layout, and design principles to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate and captivate the target audience.
• Provide design direction and guidance to freelance designers, offering constructive feedback and input to help achieve goals in various creative briefs.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and insights to enhance design concepts and strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivering designs of the highest quality within established deadlines.
• Showcase proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools to create visually compelling and engaging designs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to design, digital media, and user experience.
• Effectively communicate and present design concepts, ideas, and solutions to team members, taking feedback and incorporating it into the design process.
• Participate in team meetings, client presentations, and project reviews, contributing valuable insights and suggestions.
