We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Designer who thrives on work diversity and challenging concepts. You’ll join a passionate team of two and have the opportunity to see how a full-service creative agency operates at its core.

The role is flexible; the ideal person wants to make their mark and grow with the business.

We’re only hiring full-time US candidates.

What you’ll do:

• Join discovery sessions with clients
• Research their market, competitors, and survey end users
• Help formulate brand and marketing strategies
• Create brand identities and guidelines
• Design websites and work with developers to bring your layouts to life
• Work directly with freelancers and vendors and manage relationships
• Be hands-on with full-funnel design
• Design for a wide range of platforms and mediums (social, video, email, print, etc.)
• Contribute to pitch decks and presentations
• Help shape the look and feel of the agency brand and website

• Ability to check your ego at the door and work collaboratively
• Spectacular attention to detail
• A premium design aesthetic with a love of minimalism
• Desire to strive for perfection but know when to stop and deliver
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a scrappy “yes we can” mentality
• Tech-savviness with the ability to see projects through to final delivery

Bonus points:

• A degree in design
• Passion for copywriting
• Art direction experience on client shoots
• Video and motion chops
• A grasp of growth marketing
• Dog lover
