Senior Design Lead / Product Developer

PlayPilot, the world’s second-largest streaming aggregator, is on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Senior Design Lead / Product Developer. Founded in 2015, PlayPilot currently has over 6 million unique monthly visitors, operating in 26 countries, with a plan to expand our reach even further by integrating new verticals (podcasts just released in beta) and launching in new markets.

Location: Stockholm office or hybrid

About the Role: As our Senior Design Lead, working closely with our CTO and our Growth Product Manager, your role will be vital in steering our product development efforts, using your creativity, user behavior insight, and design expertise to shape the product going forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute with strategic input to develop the product vision and help the company reach its goals
• Help shape and organize the product roadmap together with the CEO and CTO
• Design new features and improve existing ones
• Identify and triage issues and areas of improvement
• Work with subcontractors to produce illustrations, animations, etc.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of professional design/product development experience
• Expert level proficiency in Figma
• Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level)
