Do you have the creativity and passion for visual design to take an award-winning team to the next level of print, digital, and web design?

Our visual designers’ work is key to driving compelling advertising, video, and award-winning websites for leading companies and nonprofits with a particular focus on free-market and personal liberty issues. Red Edge seeks a senior visual designer who will have demonstrated an ability to communicate important ideas through attractive and persuasive visual graphics through print, web, advertising, and video art design.

The job requires:

• Accepting and relishing responsibility for our team to deliver quality digital advocacy products and projects
• Excellent teamwork and client-communications skills
• A killer eye for design with a constant urge to try new aesthetics, mediums, and styles
• The ability to manage and/or recruit team members and vendors
• Strong conceptual and visual problem-solving skills, with an ability to create engaging and innovative designs
• A passion for layout, typography, and branding
• A knack for designing clean user interfaces for websites and applications
• The ability to quickly create, iterate, and wireframe ideas
• A desire to work directly with developers to implement your designs
• A mastery of the Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Sketch or Figma (or equivalent industry standard)

Ideal candidates have a demonstrated track record with 5+ years of relevant experience.
