Job Description & Responsibilities

Seasoned Inc. is looking for a foundational Sales Development Representative to help Seasoned scale into new and existing markets. In this role, you will pursue both inbound and outbound leads and opportunities within the restaurant recruiting and technology segment. Throughout this process you will research, prospect, and “chase”, to ultimately create qualified meetings for our team of Account Executives. This role will interact primarily with store level and above store decision makers as well as developing initial relationships with front line operations at the restaurant level.

Where you come in:

  • Initial point of contact in pursuing new prospects
  • Emphasis on outbound calls. Generating and qualifying new leads to book meetings
  • Understand and communicate client needs as it relates to their long term hiring plans and goals
  • Ability to leverage cold outreach techniques (email, call, text, & other prospecting platforms)
  • Work directly with Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams to build pipeline
  • Comfortable forecasting outcomes of your pipeline and forecast
  • Ability to interpret data and strategically use it to your advantage during outreach
  • Activity expectations: Minimum 80-100 calls per day in addition to email and text outreach

What it takes to succeed:

  • 1+ years of entry level sales experience required. Restaurant industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organization skill and experience managing multiple tasks
  • Be open to working in a startup environment with ability to adapt quickly
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, and Microsoft office with understanding of how to use a CRM

 

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure and includes benefits, 401k, etc.
