Description of the offer

What you get to do everyday:

  • Enter contracts and other data into Salesforce and update with impeccable accuracy

  • Develop and update reports to verify information within Salesforce is accurate

  • Provide timely feedback to internal team members regarding contract information

  • Enter financial data information

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Conducting surveys and providing questionaries to our clients

  • Collaborating with Finance on accounts receivables

  • Support template and other form completion in collaboration with our clients

  • Ensuring all invoices are accurate, reviewed correctlly and  are sent to the right internal person.

  • Works very closely with both Sales and with Sales Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or relevant experience

  • Minimum 2 years Salesforce experience

  • 2+ years working with contracts with Cyber or SaaS Industry experience a plus

  • Web3 and blockchain experience a plus, cybersecurity experience a plus

  • Highly process and detail oriented with a strong understanding of what it takes to coordinate across teams to ship products and features

  • Strong planning/organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt and deliver in fast-moving environment

  • Possess a natural sense of urgency and detail orientation

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working with ambiguity

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • 100% remote

  • Results driven and comprehensive approach to managing all processes and projects autonomously from end to end; both administrative to highly strategic.

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with extensive deliverables on short timelines. Is committed to working extensively when needed.

  • Excellent relationship building skills with all levels of the organization with an emphasis on credibility and courtesy.

  • Advanced project management capabilities that drive for results from inception to execution.

  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities & processes.
