• Camp Maintenance Managers (hands-on role with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, generator maintenance skills)
• Assistant Camp Managers (hands-on field/camp maintenance)
• First Cook with OFA3 (Occupational Level 3 First Aid or EMR)
• 2nd Cook with OFA3 (Occupational Level 3 First Aid or EMR)
• Kitchen Helpers
• Housekeepers
• Red Seal, Journeyman and Apprentice Carpenters
• Red Seal Plumbers & Gas Fitters
• Red Seal Electricians
• Construction Build Crew/General Labor Personnel
• Class 1 drivers

Core Competencies:

• Time management – essential to meet daily expectations based on workloads and site layout to meet contractual commitments
• Interpersonal Skills – tactful, mature demeanor with well-developed skills and the ability to work well with diverse personalities
• Excellent attention to details with emphasis placed on quality
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and working with people of many statuses and cultures.
• High diplomacy is a must!
• Remote Camp experience is an asset & preferred
• Valid certification in the skilled trade of application or relevant years of experience verification

Personal Profile:

• Be in good health and physically lift with the ability to life a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work long durations on your feet – 12hr shifts
• Ability to work in extreme cold and extreme heat conditions

Preferred Licensing & Certifications:

• Valid Drivers Licence preferred (Class 1 or heavy haul endorsement an asset)
• Valid certification in the skilled trade of application
• Standard First Aid Certification
• WHIMS Certification.
