Mondo is an innovative travel insurance startup with B2C and B2B2C lines of business based in Barcelona. We are looking for a dedicated QA tester to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products.

In this position, you will be in charge of product quality, to be responsible of monitoring all phases of designing and implementing a product to ensure company standards are met.

You will be leading the quality assurance working close to the development and product team to test and evaluate new and existing products to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues.

Mission: To test and analyze focusing on continuously improving the quality of processes and products. Early identification of Bugs or issues that may arise in the production stage in order to ensure quality.

Key activities / responsibilities to perform:

Define QA process and method (Web & APP)
Define, coordinate and run manual test cases ensuring product quality
QA and testing: Write test cases documents, contribute to the testing strategy definition and provide support in tests execution by other stakeholders.
Ability to transfer acceptance criteria and functional requirements to test scenarios
Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
Ability to identify, prioritize and report incidents to the Tech department
Assist the Tech department during product development
Work closely with the Product Manager
Write QA documentation

1. Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
+2 years of relevant work experience as QA Tester .
Organized, proactive and detail oriented.

2. Key Skills
A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of the organization and with external partners
Highly motivated, critical thinker.

3. Schedule: Full Time
Flexible hours (8 hours a day)
100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too)
