With your strategic advice and your designed usage concepts, you ensure a sustainable location
A high level of customer satisfaction and excellent tenant support is what motivates you
You are passionate about advising your environment, especially on innovative topics such as digitization and sustainability
YOUR SKILLS
Ideally, you have a university degree in real estate management, facility management, civil engineering, building technology or process engineering
You have already gained relevant experience in property management for more than five years
You enjoy managing external partners and service providers
You are no stranger to building maintenance
You are an empathetic and committed personality
Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn are terms that distinguish you
You are open to new challenges in a growing team
We look forward to fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
