At Lotum we design, develop and operate mobile games for Android and iOS as well as innovative new platforms such as Facebook Instant Games and Tiktok. Our goal is to work in small teams to create meaningful products that millions of friends and families play together every day. Our games like 4 Pics 1 Word, Word Blitz and Quiz Planet have already been installed in 27 languages ​​by over 900 million users.

Intuitive UIs and a smooth UX are as essential to our mobile games as their code. Therefore, as a product designer (UI/UX), you have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire game design and to work together with the development team on the success of our games. Would you like to inspire millions of people with your work?

Your tasks with us are:

• Responsibility for the entire look and feel of our international mobile games in an interdisciplinary team
• Bring your creativity and passion for great design to create a unique user experience
• Creation of marketing content and design of our store appearances on Apple, Google and Facebook
• Participation in all phases of the development process from concept to design to prototyping and implementation

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the design of well thought-out, intuitive mobile apps or games
• Meaningful portfolio: Outstanding visual design and a very good feel for target group-oriented communication
• Passion for state-of-the-art design, usability and trends
• Very good conceptual skills and very high level of comprehension
• Experience in creating design systems and patterns
• Enjoy working in a team and solving common challenges
• Good knowledge of using Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma or comparable tools
• Successfully completed studies in the field of design (UI/UX), communication design, interaction design or a comparable qualification

Optional:

• Skills in moving images and motion design
• Strong passion for social media
• Experience in programming / HTML / CSS
