We are currently looking for a Producer to join our Leamington-based team – but we are fully supportive of remote working and happy to enable whatever blend of home and office best empowers you and your work.

A Producer at Lively:

• Assists a smaller team in the development of a high-quality product updates, on time and to budget.
• Drives product operational goals and facilitates communication, organisation, process, and accountability.
• Creates and manage development schedules and see them through their successful conclusion.
• Works with QA to enable a high-quality regular product delivery.
• Identifies and communicates any roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
• Motivates and supports the team to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Assist the team to prepare regular milestone deliverables to submit to external management, including reports such as burnup, burndown and sprint velocity reports.
• Manages peer relationships with our publisher together with game director
• Help to ensure that new members are made welcome and are successfully integrated into the team.
