Key Responsibilities:
- Pain: Get a property lead and fail to follow up fast.
- OM creation- standardized deal summary creating using an SOP
- Create Call Lists — pull owners name, numbers and add to CRM (using this filtering and sourcing process [ex. 20k feet])
- Email Marketing— drafting Email blasts and sending out the email blasts.
- draft send for review— blast
- CRM cleanliness- add notes and contacts into CRM
- Organizing Email lists.

Immediate Tasks when hired:
Week 1:
- Deal Summary (Design)
- Prioritize creating call lists
- focus on geographic area
- divide these lists of addresses and numbers into 50 contacts per day
- Make 50 calls per day
