About you

You’ll be joining the Operational Readiness team as an Operational Readiness Analyst . Reporting to the Operational Readiness manager, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

We work closely with our Transformation, Compliance, Product and Technology teams to assess the impact of all ‘change’ on operations across products, propositions & services development, new technologies, as well as regulatory and compliance driven change.

Crucially we will determine the Operational readiness requirements for each initiative; understand what each change means to Ops processes & capacity, ensuring operations are ready and equipped to accept the change without compromising on service delivery.

As the Operational Readiness Analyst you will be:

  • Co-ordinating resource capacity assessments, highlighting resource uplifts to Operations leadership and the relevant programme.
  • Ensuring impacts & benefits are fully understood & aligned to wider capacity planning activity.
  • Providing key input to high level and detailed requirements gathering, ensuring all system functionality, operations processes and products are considered.
  • Ensuring all Ops requirements consideration have been provided and agreed and approved by Ops & are committed to in the project scope and delivery.
  •  Co-ordinating design and implementation of robust, clear and concise training plans, procedures, checklists and briefing notes, ensuring all impacted operations areas have a thorough understanding of all the project or system changes being introduced.
  • Providing guidance on sign off for test cycles and overall project sign off, ensuring the Operational leads are aware of any risks or issues which may affect sign off.

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting strategic projects that support a business strategy and have effective people management skills.
  • Experience of seeing change through from an initiation phase through to embedding and evaluation
  • Exposure/Involvement with Fin. Crime/KYC/AML/Onboarding operations
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and deliver simultaneous change/improvement projects and activities.
  • Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level – to work through others in the organisation to succeed.
