Authentic is an independent creative agency specializing in commercial real estate. We’re seeking a Web Designer to join our growing team.

For us, the Web Designer (“WD”) is a team member responsible for executing all phases and deliverables of a web design project, including planning, wireframes, and visual design.

They are a talented visual designer who understands design fundamentals related to layout, typography, color, and photography. Also, best practices related to responsive design, UI/UX systems, component-driven design, and contemporary web design principles.

The WD is both creative and practical. They bring new ideas to the table while staying grounded in the constraints and realities of a project. They’re self-starting, confident in decision-making, and take accountability for their decisions.

They have strong written and verbal communication skills and can articulate complex ideas to other designers, developers, and clients.

They are comfortable collaborating across teams, including the development, marketing, and leadership teams, to deliver strategically aligned web design deliverables. They may also be asked to provide feedback and suggestions to other design team members.

During design review meetings led by the Creative Director, they will capture feedback and translate it into updates to their work.

The WD encourages the design team to be on the bleeding edge as much as possible, especially where they push their skills daily: in the digital world.
