We’re looking for an amazing Marketing Automation Production Coordinator to join our current team of Marketing Automation Production Coordinators (MAPCs) here at Team ITG!

Together, we ensure that our Marketing Automation Deployment Teams deliver a high volume of email marketing campaigns on schedule and on budget to our clients in a variety of industries, including retail, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.

As a MAPC, you will be responsible for participating in the initial scoping and estimating process, allocating the work appropriately whilst considering skills and bandwidth, evaluating the schedule daily through the final stages of scheduling and deployment.

You will develop a heightened understanding of the talent within our team. Working collaboratively, you’ll develop strong relationships and in turn maintain a seamless connection between our Client Services and Marketing Automation teams.

What you’ll be doing on a typical day

  • Assigning work, keeping the Marketing Automation teams running effectively, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal waste/downtime.
  • Attending regular production meetings.
  • Monitoring and participating in a wide number of communication channels (primarily inside Microsoft Teams), maintaining the link between developers, team leads, and client services in order to optimise production and detect and resolve any blockages.
  • Proactively managing bookings to ensure work is on schedule, ensuring teams are working on the correct campaigns at the right time and meeting deadlines.
  • Identifying and communicating challenges with a proactive, solutions-based approach.
  • Manage incoming requests for new bookings, estimating work, asking the right questions to ascertain requirements where necessary.
  • Assisting with report generation, skill matrix maintenance, data analysis, and process improvement.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, someone who loves process.
  • Thrives in an extremely reactive, fast-paced environment, adapts well to frequent changes and remains calm under pressure.
  • An excellent and clear communicator, ability to identify potential problems and act on them in a proactive manner.
  • Always prepared to learn new skills and look for ways to make improvements.
  • A team player, always willing to help other team members and go the extra mile but equally comfortable working alone.

Requirements

  • Attitude and experience over qualifications. An aptitude for technology and a hunger to learn are more important than qualifications in this role.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Agile is essential
  • Experience of a fast-paced agency-type environment and a client-facing role would be a bonus.
  • Experience and knowledge of what it takes to handle the resourcing requirements of a creative team would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and project/resource management software is desirable.
  • Knowledge and/or an interest in email marketing and software including Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Silverpop (IMC) or Smart Focus would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
