About the role:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Researchers to join our team at

Incubit. As a Machine Learning Researcher, you will work on developing cutting-edge machine

learning models and algorithms for our products and services. We are specifically looking for

candidates with a deep understanding of diffusion models, preferably in NLP/Computer Vision.

 

Responsibilities:

● Create proposals for complex problem solving given our client or product requirements and be able to explain them to the relevant stakeholders.

● Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for our products and services.

● Conduct research into the latest ML trends based on the future business plans

● Analyze and improve the performance of existing machine learning models.

● Work collaboratively with other team members to understand requirements and develop solutions.

● Participate in the full development cycle, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying machine learning models.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning research and techniques.

● Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and algorithms.

 

Minimum Requirements:

● MS in Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or similar technical degree

● 3+ years of concrete work/research experience involving machine learning

● Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.

● Strong knowledge of Python and using open source tools such as Tensorflow and/or Pytorch

● Deep and core understanding of diffusion and transformer models from a research perspective with proven research into these areas.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Business or higher communication level in English

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

It Would Be a Bonus If You Have

● PhD degree in Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or a related technical field

● Experience in the NLP field, specifically large language models

● Experience in generative models specifically diffusion models for either image or vector generation

● Experience developing and maintaining large scale deployment of deep learning models in a real production environment

● Experience working in a startup
