PDG Realty, a leading real estate and private equity firm, is currently seeking a Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our live chat system.

Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we would love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in real-time through our live chat system
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and provide solutions
  • Address customer complaints, issues, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all needs are met
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the live chat experience.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
