Pipeline Gurus, a leading Sales-as-a-Service company that collaborates with top-tier sales professionals from leading tech companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires a candidate that is passionate about technology and SaaS, as well as driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of sales representatives, collaborate with our sales professionals, and optimize our sales cycle. You will work closely with our clients to co-create sales strategies that resonate with their vision. If you are a self-starter, a natural leader, and believe in the power of collaborative planning and execution, this may be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, their vision and their market segment to create effective and customer-focused sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our network of sales professionals to identify new business opportunities, understand trends and share best practices.
  • Optimize our sales cycle processes with a focus on improving lead nurturing, customer acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Continuously analyze and provide visibility into key performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve performance, productivity and revenue.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify messaging, content and tactics that will align with our sales strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading an inside sales team focused on B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales automation, lead nurturing and customer acquisition tools.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving with an ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • A proven track record of hitting revenue targets and achieving pipeline growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment where change is constant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
